META marketing?

I bet many of us never heard about this kind of internet marketing, right? Basically, meta marketing is when you write about what's hot and fresh on the news in your blog. That's what I call a grey hat marketing. Not so true but not so untrue. :) For example, you could look at this dailycoast blog. It's a good example about doing meta marketing. It's pulling a hot trends on Google Trends (GT) and make it more accessible than clicking on the difference stuff back there in GT.

The power of Tech Blog

Yes, their pagerank (PR) for all of them is more than 6 out of 10. What makes them so successful? If you're thinking that PR is not a tool to decide whether a blog is successful or not, think twice. Read this. No need to say more.

Enough rubbish talking. What I want to stress here is "the power of tech blog". Tech blog is a wide niche and many sub niches under it. If you want to do plasma tv niche, just write about it ONLY in one specified blog. If you're into iPhone + it's stuffs, write about it in another specified blog. There are 2 niches already. Unless you can write more and love something more advanced, you can write about mecha technology. Well, it's the same thing at large but different in niche. Use blogspot and build your own tech blog. Maybe it will stand out the crowd someday only IF you nurture it patiently and always organized in updating it. Happy trying.

Use Blogspot

Before this, Blogger.com seems to be the leader for providing free blogging platform. Yet after Wordpress were born, they rule. But in term of making money online, you can't make it with free Wordpress. You have to purchase a domain and hosting package then installing script yourself (unless you are willing/ able to pay) to start blogging and make money with it. Apart from that, you can still make money online by installing Wordpress script in a free hosting like 000webhost. It provides free hosting packages but still, you are using a subdomain.

If you're willing to go through hassle of owning, installing and using Wordpress in a separate hosting provider but still using a subdomain, just forget it. Use Blogspot!

You are lucky to not to start from scratch as almost everything is ready for you to consume. Already got a little penny to start on? Buy an internet marketing ebooks. If not, just search for it in the internet marketing forums like Digital Point. To make it easier, just type a keywords like "making money" or "money blogging" or "blog for profit". Just pick a best result for you to start moving on.

For a newbie, I will suggest you to try Clickbank and Adsense. It's an easy money - but not that easy. Just keep on following what others have done to make it works. DO NOT reinvent the wheel. That's a good saying. Good luck.
